In various corners of IPB University, a variety of banners stand displaying announcements and information. Behind that neat appearance are two resilient figures, Endih and Untung, working deftly, meticulously, and attentively. From the hands of both of them, every piece of outdoor signage is precisely installed at strategic locations where people pass by. Scorching heat and drizzling rain are often part of the struggle they face in their dedication to their work.
