A total of six startups fostered by the IPB University business incubator program participated in the Launching of the Talent & Innovation Hub (TIH), organized by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) at the Center for Job Opportunity Expansion (BPPK) Bekasi, on Tuesday (4/28).
The event was officially opened by the Minister of Manpower, Prof Yassierli. In his remarks, he stated that the Talent & Innovation Hub program is an important initiative in encouraging talent development and innovation in Indonesia, particularly in supporting the growth of startups and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
The series of activities included pitching sessions, an expo, and talk shows attended by various business actors, startups, students, and other stakeholders. Approximately 400 participants were recorded to have attended the event.
Accompanied by the Assistant for Business Incubator Affairs at the Institute for Agromaritime Development and Innopreneurship Acceleration (LPA2I) IPB University, Deva Primadia Almada, SPi, MSi, the six participating startups were divided into several activity categories. Madu Shofi and Jabon Olahan Kelinci took part in the product expo, Sutan Vet Medika and Export Tani Nusantara joined the entrepreneur talk show, while OKE Garden and Amerta Petfood participated in the pitching session.
“This participation serves as a strategic step for startups fostered by LPA2I IPB to expand their networks, increase visibility, and open up opportunities for collaboration with various parties,” said Deva while accompanying the startups at the Launching of the Talent & Innovation Hub.
